About the plan

We chose our seven-day student suppers because they are filling, balanced, and they can accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Additionally, because they are inexpensive dinners, they don’t need a lot of equipment, pricey ingredients, or prior cooking knowledge. The seven-day meal plan also seeks to limit the number of ingredients you can choose from, allowing you to buy in bulk and cut costs. The best aspect is that all of the suppers need minimal preparation and provide the least amount of clean-up.

Recipes that make enough for four or more people can be adjusted to make fewer portions, or extras can be frozen and used later. Alternately, get together with a few of your housemates and split the cost and cooking.
