Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, 17 February
The release of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is officially scheduled for February 17, 2023, four years after the first film. With Peyton Reed directing and Paul Rudd in the lead role of Scott Lang/Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly in the role of Hope van Dyne/Waspare confirmed, Michael Douglas will play Hank Pym and Michelle Pfeiffer will be in the role of Janet van Dyne. Kathryn Newton will be the new superhero introduced by this film, Cassandra Lang, while Jonathan Majors will play Kang the conqueror.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 – 5 May
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be released on May 5, six years after the last film in the series. With James Gunn to direct, confirmed the successful cast consisting of: Chris Pratt in the role of Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana in the role of Gamora, Dave Bautista in the role of Drax, Bradley Cooper in the role of Rocket, Vin Diesel in the role of Groot, Karen Gillan as Nebula and Pom Klementieff as Nebulosa. Two new characters will also be introduced: High Evolutionary played by Chukwudi Iwuji and Adam Warlock played by Will Poulter.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, 2 June
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will be released exclusively in theaters on June 2, 2023. The direction is entrusted to the directors Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin Thompson. Shameik Moore will play Miles Morales, Hailee Steinfeld will play Spider-Gwen and Jake Johnson will play Peter B. Parker. In addition there are Spider-Man 2099 (Oscar Isaac), Spider-Woman (Issa Rae) and Spider-Punk (Daniel Kaluuya). The Spot is the villain of the film, voiced by Jason Schwartzman.
The Marvels, 28 July
The Marvels will be released on July 28, four years after Brie Larson premiered as Carol Danvers, Captain Marvel. Directed by Nia DaCosta (Candyman) and written by da Megan McDonnell (WandaVision). There will be Monica Rambeau, played by Teyonah Parris,Kamala Khan played by Iman Vellani and the great return of Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). In the film there will also be Zawe Ashton in the role of a villain still unknown and Park Seo-joon with a role yet to be discovered.
Kraven the Hunter – 6 October
Kraven the Hunter will be released on October 6, 2023 and will be part of Sony’s Spider-Man universe, along with Venom and Morbius. Aaron Taylor-Johnson will play the character of Sergei Kravinoff. The cast will include Russell Crowe (father of Kraven), Fred Hechinger will play Chameleon, Ariana DeBose will play Calypso and Christopher Abbott will play The Foreigner.
