The timeline for season two of Hulu’s The Kardashians was altered as a result of the news of sister Khloe Kardashian’s baby boy, according to Kim Kardashian.
Fans shouldn’t have to wait for the Kardashians.
Khloe Kardashian’s pregnancy turmoil with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson was the focus of the first episode of the Hulu reality series, which debuted its second season on September 22. Kim Kardashian, though, asserts that it didn’t develop that way on its own.
The reality star tweeted on September 22: “And now flashback to the remainder of the season.” We didn’t want to force you to watch this episode to the very end. And for that, we are grateful.
The turmoil started when Maralee Nichols claimed Tristan was the father of Theo Thompson, who is now 9 months old, in a paternity lawsuit she filed in December 2021. The stunning moment Khloe first learned the news was shown in The Kardashians’ season one finale. The basketball player, who also has Khloe’s daughter True Thompson, acknowledged paternity of Nichols’ child in January 2022.
Khloe, however, was careful to point out that she was only became aware of his paternity crisis after they welcomed baby No. 2 in November 2021.
She said in the premiere, “It’s just so close, I wouldn’t want someone to believe I did this after the fact.” Why would I want a child with someone who is already pregnant with someone else?
Khloe discussed her problems with keeping the news of her impending baby boy hidden during the episode in order to avoid a “media frenzy.”
The creator of Good American said in a confessional, “Obviously, it’s just incredibly private and I just don’t want this to get out right now, because I want to protect my mental health as well as the surrogate’s and all of that.” “It’s just been a lot to deal with all at once.”
The close-knit family made sure Khloe honored the occasion despite the difficulties. Due to the fact that “it’s a Leo baby,” as the motherager put it, matriarch Kris Jenner arranged a baby shower for her immediate family and friends with a lion theme.
Khloe (and the audience at the baby shower) sobbed during sister Kim’s toast to her.
You don’t realize how much love this child will bring you, Kim remarked. “I just know that everything’s been so hard for you and it just makes me very sad for you—and there’s just no one who deserves happiness like you do,” the person said, “so I’m just thrilled that you’re finally getting to the place where you’re accepting this in your life.”
In the end, the episode also included Khloe bringing her child into the world as Tristan remained at her side, despite the fact that she was “on the fence” about his presence in the hospital. She didn’t specify the name of their second kid, but she did say that it “is going to start with a T”—presumably to match daughter True.
In a confessional, Khloe remarked, “I am very appreciative. “What a wonderful gift we have at our disposal,”
On Hulu, brand-new episodes of The Kardashians air every Thursday.
